Sourcing1’s first step as a business consultant is the discovery phase.  Here is where Sourcing1 educates itself with the client’s business. Sourcing1 takes the time to learn as much as possible about the business, the owners, and employees. This can include touring the facility, meeting with upper management and staff. Sourcing1 will then analyze the finances and reads all company materials. During this process, Sourcing1 will uncover the details of a company’s mission and what operations are in place.

After the discovery stage, Sourcing will create a strategic plan that will be the blueprint to implement throughout the business.  This plan will be created to meet the desired goals of the owner(s) and the upper management.  Sourcing1 will continue to work with the business until the plan is fully implemented and is showing the desired results.
